Vice President of Operations
Connie has helped grow Greenawalt Roofing from a small home-based operation into a multi-location company by building and refining the systems that keep everything running smoothly — from production and scheduling to marketing and operations. She is passionate about improving processes behind the scenes so the team can deliver a better, more reliable experience for customers.

Matt Harter is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a background in Business Administration and Biochemistry. With over 25 years of sales leadership experience and 15 years specializing in business development and marketing within the home services industry, he brings a proven record of driving growth and operational excellence. Matt has worked extensively with private equity firms and in mergers and acquisitions, leveraging his expertise in building high-performing teams, scalable systems, and process-driven strategies that fuel sustainable, measurable business results.

With a background in roofing, siding, and remodeling, along with in-home sales and running his own remodeling business, he understands the industry from the ground up.
